PORT ANGELES — Rebecca Gilbert has opened a new hair and nail salon.

Rebecca’s is located at 308 E. Eighth St., suite 308.

Gilbert, formerly a stylist at Shear Elegance, will offer manicures, pedicures, gel nails, hair coloring and cuts.
