Olympic Peninsula Visitor Bureau seeks candidates for three board positions

PORT ANGELES — The Olympic Peninsula Visitor Bureau is seeking candidates to fill three positions on its nine member board, and applications are due Friday.

Open positions are for representatives in lodging, 10 rooms or less; RV park or campground and at large-lodging.

The bureau is the tourism marketing agency for unincorporated Clallam County, engaging in facets of marketing by itself and with local and regional partners, according to a press release.

The board meets monthly on the third Wednesday, generally in the Port Angeles area, and advises staff on policies, programs and promotions.

Applications should be received by Friday for consideration at the board meeting this month.
