PORT ANGELES — Dr. Josh Jones, Olympic Medical Center’s chief physician officer, recognized staff members from the center’s central access service at a recent hospital board meeting.
Representatives Meghan McHenry, Alyssa Luciano, Tracy Camp, Bryan Bell, Melinda O’Neel and Nikki Brown along with apprentice medical assistant Felicia Hayward received awards for outstanding teamwork and patient service.
The central access service books patient appointments, processes referrals and obtains insurance authorizations.
