Olympic Medical Center recognizes case management staff

PORT ANGELES — The commissioners of Olympic Medical Center recognized three members of the center’s case management staff at a recent board meeting.

Melissa Crocker, Trisha Hoagland and Dana Yamauchi were presented with awards by Dr. Scott Kennedy, the center’s chief medical officer.

The case management team connects hospital inpatients with the resources they will need when they are discharged.
