PORT ANGELES — Olympic Medical Center honored the 2021 Patient Experience Champions at a recent meeting of its board of commissioners.
The six staff members were all nominated by their peers for courtesy, compassion and respect; helping patients to learn or cope effectively; contributing to new programs; improving processes; or going the extra mile to serve the needs of patients and their families.
This year’s champions are John Blevins, patient access representative; Debbie Campbell, human resources generalist; Richard DeCou, materials management document specialist; Dr. Phyllis Slife, emergency department physician; Debe Stallings, home health speech and language pathologist; and Renae Winston, patient financial services supervisor.
