Jefferson Healthcare earns two awards for patient care

PORT TOWNSEND — Jefferson Healthcare has announced that it has been recognized for patient safety and patient experience by Healthgrades.

The hospital received both the 2019 Patient Safety Excellence Award and the 2019 Outstanding Patient Experience Award.

According to a press release, only 77 of the 4,500 hospitals evaluated nationally received both awards and Jefferson Healthcare was the only one in the state to do so.
