Hospice month open house planned

PORT ANGELES — Assured Hospice of Clallam and Jefferson counties will host an open house to celebrate National Hospice and Palliative Care Month at 10 a.m. Friday.

The open house will be held at the agency’s offices at 1102 E. First St.

Clallam County Commissioner Randy Johnson will be on hand to sign a proclamation.

The public is invited to learn about hospice care and enjoy light refreshments.
