Head to Toe salon opens in Sequim

SEQUIM — Cosmetologist Sarah Simmons-Lynn has opened Head to Toe Studio.

Simmons-Lynn’s new studio is located within the Elements Salon, 435 W. Washington St.

She offers cuts, colors, perms and pedicures.

Previously, Simmons-Lynn has worked at the JCPenney Salon in Sequim, starting there in 2009.
