FORKS — The relaunch of the Forks Forum, which was suspended during COVID-19 cutbacks, has been delayed.
The goal was to have the weekly newspaper based in Forks back in readers’ hands today, but that has not been possible due to financial considerations, said Publisher Terry Ward, who also is the publisher of the Peninsula Daily News and Sequim Gazette.
The revised version will have the same content that Forks Forum readers depended upon, but it will look different. It will be converted to a broadsheet format rather than the tab readers were accustomed to receiving.
The community also is being asked to subscribe to the paper to help support local journalism.
