Jefferson County PUD commisioner Ken Collins has been selected as vice president of the Washington PUD Association.
OLYMPIA — Kenneth Collins has been selected as the vice president of the Washington Public Utility Districts Association for 2020-2021.
Collins was the association’s secretary for 2019-2020.
He has been a commissioner for the Jefferson County Public Utility District since 2014.
