Ciara Owen hired at J. Ryan Boutique

PORT ANGELES — Hair stylist Ciara Owen has joined the J. Ryan Salon and Boutique.

Owen, a Port Angeles native and graduate of the Hair School, has more than 10 years experience.

Owen is available for coloring, cutting and styling all hair types, including curly and wavy hair textures, as well as dimensional color techniques such as balayage.
