Cedarbrook Lavender Gift Shop re-opening slated

Ribbon-cutting Friday at new location in Sequim

SEQUIM — Cedarbrook Lavender Gift Shop will have a grand re-opening Friday and Saturday.

The Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce will conduct a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the shop’s new location, 120 W. Washington St., at 4:30 p.m. Friday.

The shop will serve refreshments during Friday’s Art Walk and on Saturday.

Artist featured

The shop will host artist Ted Lund from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday.

Lund creates turned wood art from locally salvaged maple, madrona and fruit-wood trees.

Proceeds of Lund’s sale will benefit local Kiwanis club programs for children.
