SEQUIM — Olympic Medical Cancer Center will offer several free cancer support groups this month.
Here is the schedule:
• Today, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. — “Healing Through Art,” Cancer Wellness Series; Medical Services Building, 840 N. Fifth Ave.
• Dec. 12, 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. — “Look Good, Feel Better” class; Studio 121 1222 E. Front St., Port Angeles. To make an appointment, call 360-417-0388.
• Dec. 13 and 27, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. — Women’s Cancer Support Group; OMCC library, 844 N. Fifth Ave. The drop-in facilitator is Susan Clements both days.
Also offered are free new wigs, head shavings and stylings, offered at Studio 121 (360-417-0388) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, as well as at The Hair School, 2941 E. U.S. Highway 101, Port Angeles, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.

SEQUIM — Glamorous Salon at 375 W. Bell St. has hired a new full-time nail technician, Melissa Cary.
The salon also has added spray tanning to its services.
The business is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays.
