BPA makes 39th payment to U.S. Treasury

PORTLAND, Ore. — The Bonneville Power Administration recently announced that it has paid the U.S. Treasury $950.6 million.

This was the administration’s 39th consecutive, on-time annual payment to the treasury, according to a BPA press release.

The payment includes $193.9 million in interest, $694.2 million of principal and $62.5 million for other costs.
