Snow and ice may have forced a delay but the Sequim Elks Lodge recently held its National Hoop Shoot competition at the Sequim Boys & Girls Club. Contestants included, from left, Bennett Castell, Grayson Castell, Roman Bacchus, Maks Lopez and Luca Blake. Bennett Castle won the 8-9 age bracket, Bacchus the 10-11 division and Blake the 12-13 group and all three will compete at the district-level of the National Hoop Shoot competition.
