Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Jefferson County Parks and Recreation’s Summer Basketball Camp was held at Blue Heron Middle School in Port Townsend earlier this month. About 70 campers ages 5-13 worked on dribbling, shooting, passing and other basics while instructed by 15 camp counselors. A tournament wrapped the week.
